Oh world, Oh prison dingy white Oh ghostly shadow grey Your whelming lies of false delight Are dark and cold as moonless night And bleak as sunless day
You are on an island, cold and bleak and windy. You are alone, yet fires and candles still burn in dwellings that seem to have been recently occupied. What happened to the people that lived here? As you freely explore, piecing together the fragmented memories you find, a tale of guilt, loneliness, uncertainty, and hope begins to take shape. And it becomes increasingly evident that something is hunting you…

After paying off her debts, Aimee can finally return to her hometown and retrieve her inheritance, buried in a field by her eccentric mother. She was hardly surprised to find four useless objects crammed into a box. Apparently, she was going to need to work for her own retirement.
One last job: steal a valuable wand from a creepy but immensely rich man from his castle just outside of town. For Aimee, this would be a cinch.
But the wand does not turn out to be what she expected. And now she must run for her life, because everyone is coming for her.
Filled with unexpected twists throughout, The Darkest Wand weaves together an unforgettable journey that will keep you turning pages through the end.
“…Tired old clichés [are wrapped] in a fresh story with characters and ideas more engaging and original than most in the genre.” -Arkades von Hamstervich (Amazon.com review)

In my personal world, I have a wife and three kids. I work as a biomedical equipment technologist by day, a father and husband by night and occasionally I find the time to slap some ink on a page. Those brief moments come together and create something special. I always add elements of fantasy, science and religion in my books. Those are, after all, my specialties. I hold a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from MSOE and a M.Div. in Pastoral Ministries from the Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. As for gaming, I’m an active forum member on GOG (“Tallima”). I love a good RPG, but have the hardest time finishing one. I play so slowly that the game usually outlasts my hard drive. Some of my favorites are the Baldur’s Gate series, Realms of Arkania, Might and Magic and Dragon Age. I should say that I also have a soft spot for Splinter Cell. Groupees have been very fun to watch. I’ve only purchased a few because you can get so many games for so cheap that it takes a while to play through them (remember: I play slowly). But I’m a sucker for older titles that I missed ages ago or budget/indie titles that offer gameplay experiences unmatched by AAA titles. If you like to get a moment away from the computer and read a good fantasy novel, then I invite you to sit down with one of my books and visit my imagination. I currently have three books on the market with a handful more slowly unraveling on the keyboard. Enjoy! P.S. If you want to send me a message, send it to [email protected]

Madyson and Hagan are a brother sister duo that grew up in a house where music was always there. “Our dad played in a local band for a while and we learned from an early age how to be a roadie.” Madyson has been blessed with the gift of writing music and lyrics and with a brother that brings a “rock attitude” to the drum kit. Chaos plays original music written by Madyson. The songs are a reflection of her life and her relationship with Christ.

After producing and releasing over 200 tunes in the last couple of months (featuring lots of experimental stuff like a 24 hours long ambient track or tracks linked to news-headlines on his streaming-service www.remute.fm !), Remute compiles a small retrospective with his recent liveset-floorfillers only. ‘Classics, too’ gathers tunes which due to bad release timing or other odd circumstances like a lack of $$$-promotion-budget probably got overlooked a bit and for sure deserve a second chance : Anyone remembers the quirky LSD-disco of ‘Hamburger Doom’? The exploding XTC-trance of ‘2D’? Or the ultimate electro weirdness of ‘Does Time Really Exist, If The Past Has Already Happened, Present Instantly Becomes The Past And The Future Did Not Happen Yet?!’ ??? Nobody? Here’s your second chance in one package — …of course all tracks are properly remastered. And as a special bonus it also features the previously unreleased remix of Remute’s greatest hit ‘Zuendli’ by chicago legend DJ RUSH! Don’t miss your chance this time…
Hamburg-based Techno artist Remute has a very ‘technological’ approach to this genre - intense interaction with technology made him do the most amazing things: Remute’s career began in the early 2000s with his first EP ‘Hypnoconsole’ which unmistakably drew inspiration from the flickering world of early 80s and 90s computergames and acid-filled rave-sequences mixed up in a timeless punky DIY-way - even in 2017 ‘Hypnoconsole’ is still considered as a ‘punk techno’ reference by Bandcamp. The success of his first release made Remute tour for years and perform at acclaimed festivals and clubs like for example Golden Pudel and Berghain. Various contemporary high-profile labels got aware of Remute - in 2006 he released his self-titled debut album via the legendary label ‘Ladomat’ from Hamburg. After several further releases on labels like Tresor, Traum, Smallville or Bedrock Remute founded his very own Remute-label in 2008. The first release of the label, ‘Zuendli’, became an instant hit and is considered as one the most successful and celebrated tracks of the minimal techno era of the late 2000s. More punchy club hits and BBC1 favourites like the cheeky acid-house banger ‘Lampuca For Me’ or the spacey open air techno anthem ‘Gravity?’ followed and Remute also became a busy remixer for artists like GusGus, Solomun, Dominik Eulberg or Daniel Avery. Driven by the urge to push the boundaries of TECHNOlogy, it was never enough for Remute to deliver dancefloors hits only. Since the beginning of his career Remute was the sole ruler of his artistic vision and no managers, no agents and no producers were ever allowed to interfere with his work: While others in the early 2010s were busy to jump on the EDM-bandwaggon and took the first opportunity to sell out, Remute devoted himself to commercially risky and artistically uncompromising projects like ‘24’, which is a 24 hour long ambient recording (named by Mixmag as a ‘24 hour anthem’) and ‘REMUTE24’, a series of digital music releases remixing news headlines running for over 6 years, week by week, non-stop. Additionally he released highly successful J-Pop with his song ‘Play The Game’, recorded a Cyberpunk-esque soundtrack for the classic silent film ‘Metropolis’ with his 2014 album ‘Yoshiwara’ (got him ‘Album Of The Month’ honours in Mixmag) and was very active as a soundtrack-producer for several videogames. After over 15 years in music business and countless gigs from Miami to Moscow to Tokio, 2018 is a pivotal year for Remute: His album ‘Limited’, a hybrid release consisting of 7” vinyl and a 3,5” floppy disk, is regarded as a trailblazer of a strong floppy disk comeback… as a valid music format! With some clever usage of technology and creative dealing with the data limitations of this format, Remute once more succeeds in establishing his very own technologic sound aesthetics and setting new distinctive trends for unique performances while constantly questioning the status quo. Besides getting enthusiastically labelled as ‘limited techno’ by CBC, the Los Angeles Times also points out that he is Techno’s only true Disk Jockey - literally.

Playing Rubber Ducky and the Rainbow Gun is a bit like trying to destroy a wall made of potato chips with a weapon that shoots stuffed animals - hectic, short-lived, and at some points involving lizards. Rubber Ducky, by definition, is an action single-screen shooter. Players take control of a strangely square Rubber Ducky that finds a rainbow gun during a colored-weaponry storm. The narrator of the story (that’s me!) guides Ducky through a cute and strange world filled with accordions, lizards, penguins, and Spiky things that love to be zapped with Rainbow Guns. Gameplay is fast and hectic. Secrets are everywhere. Laughs are abounding. 100% fun for everyone in the family, potentially including the gameplay-focused gamer, the environment/ambience-focused gamer, the 6 year-old, and the dog. Story designed to make smiles, and certainly not to impress any good writing skill. Cast of likeable characters like the Teleporting Penguins, Mr. The Tree, and the Floating Lizards. Solid re-playability and secrets everywhere! Music with snaz! 10 levels, 5 of which you will have to be VERY good at by the time you finish. Small enough for a one-sitting play-though - THAT COULD BE RIGHT NOW! Re-playable enough to last you a very long time.

What is worse than being a monster? Knowing you are one. Emma knows it all too well - though she has been trying to keep it a secret while looking for a cure. Now though the CDC are closing in, the Zombie who bit her is showing an interest in her life and a thug she gave the virus to is bent on revenge. Emma must make unlikely friends if she wants to survive long enough to find a cure.
Others are saying:
“A zombie as a hero. Well, a heroine actually. Fast, dynamic and witty. An excellent and (thank god) creative take on the genre. The author’s style kind of reminds me of Christopher Moore (author of You Suck, Lamb, etc.) so if you’re looking for something different and entertaining it’s well worth a read.”
“I read the whole book with a sense not dissimilar to Déjà vu - the medical reasoning behind the virus felt a little too real, like I was looking into an alternate, doomed, universe.”
“I’m not an especially fast reader, but I ripped right through this book and I want more - kind of like if I were a zombie and just fed on a nice, fat nerd brain.”
Typhoid Marty was born in the United Kingdom and lived there until they threw him out, shortly after college. He now lives in Buffalo with his wife, small child and vastly modified accent. As a group effort, they write Hell Inc (www.hellinccomic.com) though the accent has been known to shy off, on occasion. For fun, he likes to skydive and parasail. As you can see, fiction is very important to him.

Digger Dave, the greatest archeologist that has ever lived, has always been able to solve his problems with righteous violence and wanton homicide. But when he digs into a labyrinthine dungeon in search of a nebulous evil presence, he finds that identifying who can be trusted is as much a challenge as avoiding death at the hands of the dungeon’s bizarre monstrosities. ‘Down We Go!’ is a gradual crescendo of manic FPS action, mistrust, and facepalming. A zany Roguelite/FPS/Adventure hybrid with funky tunes, a retro visual style, random generation, pumpkins, Mary Queen of Scots, and just a little bit of looting.

A humorous, self-deprecating, and brutally honest travelogue/memoir about teaching English in modern China. The author, an American fish out of water, shares a unique perspective on the Chinese classroom as well as what it’s like to grow up post Mormonism and how living abroad helped him overcome those insecurities.
Clark Nielsen is an American-born author who loves to travel as much as he loves to write. He has over two years of experience teaching English overseas and splits his time between writing about his own adventures and making up fictional ones.

Count, Curse and Pray is where it all started for Noah T. Recorded in his house in 2008, it was nothing but his own personal homage to Mike Oldfield (Tubular Bells). The themes and emotions of the instrumentals can be felt, and in some cases even heard in later pieces. The opening minutes of “Abroad” contain a theme that resurfaced in “Theme 1” from 2012’s “Is Anybody Home?”. If anything, Count, Curse and Pray stands as a personal monument. It was music made for the person making it.

After the events of his last book, Yes China!, Nielsen swore off teaching abroad forever. But that promise didn’t last long, and two years later, he finds himself at it again in a different part of Asia. Equally hilarious and informative, Nielsen pulls no punches in this overseas adventure about teaching English at a small, rundown high school in the Thai countryside.

Barbara, Eric, and their aunt Beryl lead a quiet life on an idyllic island, untouched by time and the war between the dystopian Maternopole and Overmere, which has cast a dark shadow over most of the world around them. Jan Jacob Mekes was born in 1982 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, in the body of an English-language writer. For three decades, he tried to suppress the stories, but it was to no avail: they gained the upper hand, and he gave in. So now he writes stories of various length spanning multiple genres, but always with a dash of humour. When not busy writing fiction, he works as a freelance writer and translator (from English into Dutch and vice versa), and as a volunteer for the local police force, writing about its history (after having acquired his BA in that). He also likes gaming, photography, nature, and cats. Oh, and reading, of course.

Despite the different genres, there is always an important thing i’m trying to achieve with my music, to make the listener to daydream and get chilled. If you like to daydream, listen to my music and don’t care about genres, please, take a walk and get lost in the night while listening to my music, or listen to it before you are going to sleep, these are the best ways to enjoy my music.
Be patient with my music, the best parts are in the middle and final minutes. So i hope you will listen the compilation all the way through.

Chromophobia is a ten second arcade game. You have two macro attacks; meleeing (which adds to your multiplier) and shooting (which adds your points). Combos are aloud. You use these attacks in intelligent succession to get as many points as possible in the ten seconds of each round. You use these points to buy one thing (only one!) a round. You buy these things to change the game with “spices” or mask your character with costumes or use new attacks with sidearms. When the round finishes, you make a small “grrrrr” at the shop menu music and send me your high score.
Then you go again.

Tatuandome La Vida is PUSHIT’s greatest achievement, was released independently on December 2012 and heavily promoted in Buenos Aires since 2013. It was recorded in Estudios del Parral and mastered at Sound Busters Studio.
The album is a clear evolution since Desde Arriba and Mar Infierno, with a much warmer and modern sound than previous records. Its lyrics are more personal and visceral than ever, creating a unique synergy between them and the music. The songs capture its listeners as tattoos on their skin (which is the album’s name non-literal translation), and the whole record is a tour through very personal struggles.
In all, Tatuandome La Vida is basically a life -any life- toughest experiences put together in 65 minutes.
PUSHIT is an alternative rock band from Argentina. The band started playing in 2004, releasing one EP and two LPs to date, which represent the path and evolution of its music.
PUSHIT is raw energy, edified on a powerful sound, with lyrics that reflect a clear message: to push, to go through and to move on. It’s about intense songs that convey passion, with a style that was the 90’s trademark sound.
Their debut record “Desde Arriba” was released on 2004, and featured their first single also called Desde Arriba, which achieved a very high rotation in MTV Latin America. After a lineup change and several years of hard work, PUSHIT recorded their first LP “Mar Infierno” and was finally released on 2009, whom refined the band’s sound even more. In Mar Infierno’s presentation tour in 2010, PUSHIT was faced with the greatest of adversities to date: Mariano Merlo, its singer and bassist, had a severe accident that took 4 months to heal, and put the whole band on standby during almost a year.
Arriving 2011, and after Mariano’s complete recovery, they went back to stage and started rehearsing what was going to be their new LP. Released in 2012, “Tatuandome La Vita” is PUSHIT’s musical breakthrough, which also featured a new bassist (Alvaro Cueto Rúa) so Mariano could focus on vocals. Since 2013, PUSHIT is promoting their latest record, with shows across all Buenos Aires and also adding visual projections to the shows, to make Tatuandome La Vida’s message even stronger.

Heavily influenced by the like of the Swans, Afghan whigs, Soundgaden and Husker du Dylans music in turn is challenging, and original. His songs are often laced with cryptic meaning.

He has recently scored the games “NPPD RUSH”, “Super killer hornet Resurrection” and “Zenodyne” and is currently working along side Jarboe and Kris force from the Swans on a virtual reality experience.”

Live the hectic charm of Rubber Ducky through musical interpretation! Can you hear those lizards flying? Can you distinguish those penguins teleporting? I’ll bet you can. I know you can. You can.
Includes all music from the levels, as well as the small piece on the main menu.
Cr2cr Studios wants to make you happy! Cr2cr Studios is a two-man independent games developer. We love God. Cr2cr Studios is John Szymanski and Nathan Harris. That’s us. I, John, take care of programming, development, and tacos. Nathan takes care of art, music, and tacos. Tacos are a highly debated issue between us. We started wanting to make a little 10-second title (that was Chromophobia). We developed more into a studio than a couple friends taking on a project during its production. After that, we’ve been trying to grow out and become something more professional. We wanna’ make people happy. We wanna’ make them smile. Do you wanna’ know a secret? We have joy and love in our hearts from our relationships with God. And we wanna’ share that happiness with other people.
