Submerged in the Minneapolis, Minnesota music scene (yes, it exists!), StarF is as much of an artist as he is a listener of Hip Hop. After writing lyrics for years and realizing he needed to find a way to transmute his words into song, he began his journey into rapping around April of 2006. After years of hard work and improvement, he finally found his way to Scrub Club, which was not just another record label, but a collection of people who he could relate to and call his family.
Raised by internet culture and obsessed with music, StarF blends a mixture of poetics and edgy humor into everything he produces. Every new project is approached as the beginning of something that will better himself rather than a means to an end, and as so, StarF is consistently progressing and leveling up within the Nerdcore community.
While socially awkward to a noticeable degree, StarF still loves everyone in the community he meets. Despite any awkwardness, he will never hesitate to grab a mic and rock it for a crowd.

In the darkest form of incubated evil, a symbol has been born to strike immense fear into the hearts of mortal weakness. Kristof Bathory is the icon which has made a new era where nightmares become reality and where the sounds of the macabre shall emerge from a catastrophic symphony, have resurrected the sounds and visions of horror, hatred, and suffering that is spewed forth in the form of extreme horror metal that is DAWN OF ASHES; a name that was created to reflect upon the birth of death and failure. Now the plague has come to corrupt the flesh of man.

“This is a new band with a fresh album written straight from the heart. It’s a cathartic journey through the valves of the soul and reflects our artistic angle and inspirations - the arrival of the Mnemesis, spiced by the lethal audio injection you know as MNEMIC!”
The music press fully agrees: “A dynamic and powerful metal release for the digital age!” (POWERPLAY UK) “With an epic edge, MNEMIC navigate through vigorous, time-proven modern metal realms!” (METAL HAMMER GERMANY) “This is definitely an album which can’t pass unnoticed!” (PEEKFROMTHEPIT.COM) (320kbps MP3)
MNEMIC is not, never was and never will be a band that is easy to categorize within the genres of metal – no wonder this danish quintett managed to create their own genre from day one.
Nevertheless, MNEMIC have always been a hard working band since their fantastic debut, „Mechanical Spin Phenomena“, back in 2003 which created waves among bands such as Deftones, Machine Head & Fear Factory that later brought the band as main support on countless tours. After their second successfull effort, „The Audio Injected Soul“, in 2004, saw the band open Roskilde’ Orange Stage, MTV’s Rock Am Ring / Rock Im Park, and many other successful festivals, MNEMIC had to suffer the departure of singer Michael Bogballe, who was replaced by an even more powerful front figure – Guillaume Bideau, who left his former band SCARVE right during the recordings for a new album to fully concentrate on MNEMIC, contributed a lot to what MNEMIC is today with his stunning varied vocal abilities.
Their ways also lead them to being declared as „one of METALLICAs favourite bands“ supporting them on countless European shows, even having their bass player Rob Trujillo saying “I go through these real technical phases, and I listen to bands like MESHUGGAH and MNEMIC. It’s stuff that’s a little bit complex and takes a lot of patience.“
by Falling Skies
Falling Skies begin with their own version of “Synthetic 341 B,” which has a dark sci-fi feel, propelled by frantic drum ‘n’ bass, shifting tempos into glitchy chaos and an explosion of furious loops. Next up is “The Creature,” a huge-sounding piece with glassy synth chords, chopped-up beat loops and hellish, ground-pounding bass. Kristof supplies the title lyric (of course) for “I Fucking Hate You,” a neck-snapping bullet festival of high-tempo beats and buzzsaw bass so relentless it soon becomes exhausting to listen to. Finally the duo fire up the remix machine for their own take on the title track, which has a more futuristic edge, but manages to sound even more terrifying thanks to its heart-stopping pace. (320kbps MP3)
Falling Skies is the Multi-Genre Production Duo Roger Romero & Jordan Mekano.
Both based in Los Angeles, they have been brought up by several music scenes ranging from Drum N Bass, Industrial, Hardcore and Breaks. Roger Romero aka ‘‘Viral Infektion’’ and Jordan Mekano ‘‘Embodi’’ started producing industrial as well as breakbeat and bass music early on in their solo ventures. Knowing each other from early on in their lives they had been following each others work and had been long acquaintances. Mekano had worked with Romero several times on collaborations and live performances for their solo acts. Finally in 2010 turning their efforts and focusing on what they had both seen as something that would be sure to move forward and bring forth a new sound they formed Falling Skies.
