You should consider putting up a Tradable Items widget on your Groupees page so people can make you offers and counteroffers.

Hello, hmm sorry was my last 4PM-Key and in my traded out list stand "Reveal this Key", means this was a Key with a Guarantee from Groupees that this key is not used.

It seems like that is not the case, the key is definitely used, Steam is detecting it as being used on another account.Is there another key you can provide as a replacement?

Then you write to the support of Groupees. Groupees offers only non redeemed keys. Is it not possible to trade used keys, that must then a failure from Groupees, he garanted that only unused keys can be traded.
