Hi ZLV, there is an issue on here lately with trading bundles when they arrive in the other person's account you can't open them at all. It's happened with the bundle you traded me and I assume happened with the bundle I traded you too. Down the bottom of the front page is a section called 'Support' if you click on that it will open a page with FAQ ignore that and up the top right hand corner click on 'submit a request' and fill out the form. Admin will then re-load the traded bundle in your account. I'm a bout to submit a ticket myself. It sucks this is still going on it's happening to everyone over the last 3-4 months now.
