Hi 42th. Thanks for you offer. Epic music 5 is the only one I own from that series. would be happy to trade for something else. maybe another epic bundle?

Hi 42th, there is a glitch or something on here the past few months that when you trade bundles the traded bundle arrives in the other person's account unable to be revealed. The bundle you traded me isn't working so I'm sure the one I traded you isn't working either. This has happened to me 3-4 times over the past few months so I just contact Groupees support by sending in a ticket and they re-load the traded bundle in your account and everything should then work fine. Sorry but it's happening to everyone on here when trading bundles.

It is it's very annoying but I think the way it works is you have to submit your own ticket to get the bundle fixed. On the front page down the bottom is a section called 'Support' click on that when it loads up ignore all the FAQ and go to the top of the page to 'Submit a request' I think it's called and fill out the form explaining what's happened and they usually fix it within 24 hours by reloading the bundle in your account. It's happening to everyone that trades for a bundle it's been going on for months you would think they would fix the glitch or whatever by now.
