From the hardworking, blue collar Midwest comes Modern Rock band The Product. Formed in 2009 after self producing their first e.p. entitled “Break The Silence,” the band went on to gather T.V. spots from MTV, CBS, Detroit Red Wings, TNA Wrestling, Spike T.V. and many, many more. The Product recently released a new e.p. produced by Brian Virtue (30 Seconds to Mars, Chevelle). It is a harder, edgier approach than their 2009 counterpart. Being the hardworking band that they are, they were able to achieve all of this while being completely independent of management, label and any other support.

The members of the Long Island based rock band Blameshift have been blazing their independent path across the nation over the better part of 5 years, logging well over 200,000 miles of touring terrain. During that time the band could easily have taught a collegiate level course on band survival. With a high powered list of sponsors, their music as a full time job and a tour bus, (a literal bus), powered by vegetable oil, the band headed from New York to Los Angeles in late Nov 2012 to finish their full length album with producer Erik Ron (VersaEmerge, Good Charlotte, Panic at the Disco). What resulted was the full commercially driven sound that Blameshift has been envisioning since their inception. Expected release date April 2013.

If you haven’t heard of Ravenscode yet, you probably will soon. For only being a band since 2011, Ravenscode has already gone global. After self-financing two EP’s, Ravenscode has managed to sell thousands of albums online and at shows. Apart from constantly touring their home province of Ontario, the band has found time to give back to their respective communities. You can hear Ravenscode played at almost every OHL and WHL game including Red Wings games. International artist Charlie Adlard (The Walking Dead) created their cover art for their debut album: “District of Broken Hope” out Feb 5, 2013.

The Mothership has landed in Seattle, WA. Their repertoire is a polished mixture of the revolutionary and the familiar. Charismatic vocals, powerful chord structures and a solid rhythm section with a dose of Seattle melancholy makes up their sound. Their full-length album entitled Ten Miles has been turning heads in the pacific northwest since its release in late 2011. The band is also about to begin recording their second full-length effort which is slated for release in Spring 2013.

Fifty Dollar Dynasty originated in Bandera but clearly their music was shaped by forces well beyond the city limit signs of this wild Texas town.  Influenced by artists such as Beck, Kings of Leon, Radiohead, and others, Dynasty delivers a full bodied musical experience - the lyrics will make you think, the guitars will make you hallucinate, and the rhythms will make you move.  The band is wrapping up recording of their second album with an eye toward a summer 2013 release.
