Like you, when I started my own business as an independent marketing consultant back in 1998, I too sold my time by the hour, or by the month.
Then I remembered that when I worked in the advertising agencies we sold by the project. We presented prospects with a specific scope of work and the results we would deliver, and we quoted them a project fee or a monthly retainer to cover that scope of work.

(4) And, it enables you to sell more confidently because it eliminates any doubt that you’re “worth it.” It’s not about you. It’s about the outcome your clients want and will get when they work with you.

It’s like having access to a big database in your head. But that’s it.
That’s the first kind.
And that’s what mnemonic (memory) techniques are great for. Building up a knowledge base like that.
Ok, now the second type.
This is what Taking Action was built for.
How do you turn your learning into a final knowledge “product”….something you can use that is actionable?
Meaning not just knowing a bunch of facts, but having them organized.
Like a checklist.
Or a one page project plan.
Or even a Gantt chart or other calendar system.
The idea is to create a plan where you build something once, you don’t necessarily need to have much information memorized, but you do need to have it organized into an actionable plan.
That’s the second type.
Now the third type.
And the reason for this course.
Sometimes you need what I call “Evergreen Skills.”
These are skills you will use for the rest of your life…or at least the rest of your career.
We are talking about years and decades. Not just individual tasks or projects.
These skills usually require that you can act with confidence, in the moment, with minimal or no preparation and perform at a high level.
Here’s an example.
You need to set up a website, simple one, for your side business.
How do you do that?
Do you now become an expert at web design and architecture?
Or do you get a course (or a book), create a to do list, and then get the site up and running in an afternoon?
Probably the latter.
If you wanted to learn to play the guitar, it would be different.
You don’t create a checklist and then bang it out in an afternoon.
You “bang it out” over a year or two or five.
The difference, you might say, is muscle memory, but it’s deeper than that.
Whether you are learning a physical skill, or an intellectual skills (think public speaking for example, or sales), you have to get repetitions to get good at a skill.
To be successful in your career, you need to balance these 3 types of learning.
Sometimes you need a new database in your head.
Sometimes you need a checklist and to just get something done once…and then file it away and forget about it.
Sometimes you need to build a new skill.
That’s what this course is about.
Skill building is the biggest time investment of any of the 3 types of learning.
So it’s really important that you are doing it the right way.
You can waste YEARS of your life by practicing the wrong way.

There is no such thing as learning something out of context.
Context is a requirement.
And using projects to organize your learning is the best way to keep it organized and on track towards a goal.
How many times have you had a specific question, and then chased it down a rabbit hole, and then emerged weeks or months later after a bunch of books and courses and forgotten why you even got started in the first place?
Without any answer to that original question?
What learning projects allow you to do is get clear on a number of things.
What are your goals? Questions you want answered? Are there ultimate deliverables or things you want to create by the end?
Storing them in the project makes sure you remember these over the months and years.
What are your resources? Books? Courses? Conversations?
How do you keep them all in one place and not forget about whole books or courses you went through years ago? And where do all your notes go?
This course solves all those problems and many more.
Finally, how do you keep track of your progress? Where were you 2 months ago when you last read that book on programming or networking or history?
Keeping a log in your learning project allows you to pick right back up where you left off.
The other huge thing you get with this system is the ability to keep things organized across different spaces. The same single system will keep you organized in your cloud drives, on your off-line hard drives, in your OneNote or EverNote, as well as in the physical world, in your file cabinets or 3 ring binders and your bookshelves.

Skill investing isn’t something you hear a lot about.
There are a lot of books out there that show you how to invest your money.
Even books on how to manage your time.
But none that go in depth on how to invest your combination of time, money and energy into learning information and building skills.
This course is about strategic thinking.
What strategy are you using to invest in your skills?
Is it a smart strategy?
Is it a strategy you decided on? Or someone else decided for you?
Is it just “going with the flow?” People spend lots of time and money figuring out how to invest for their future in the financial arena.
But they spend almost no time deciding how to invest in skills.
So try this thought experiment.
How much time do you spend each week building skills and learning in some way? Meaning time off the job when you aren’t working in the traditional sense?
Multiply that number by 50.
That’s about how much time you are spending in a year?
5 hours a week? 50 weeks a year?
That’s 250 hours.
That’s whatever you make per hour times $250.
Let’s say $40 an hour.
That means you are investing $10,000 a year of your time into learning.
And that doesn’t even count what you are spending on books, courses, periodicals, subscriptions, etc.
Let’s tack on another thousand or two for that.
Or don’t even count it, it doesn’t really matter. What matters is that you are investing 5 figures in your education, your skills, every single year.
And you probably aren’t spending any significant money or attention or time on learning HOW to do it.
This course teaches you how.
It teaches you how to think very strategically about 3 things.
First, where you are. Who are you? What are your current skills? What are your aptitudes? Personality? Interests? Likes and dislikes?
All that is important.

What is sales?
What is it? Really?
This is the question that literally took me years to find an answer to.
It shouldn’t be that way.
But it is.
Because there are some very big, very wrong beliefs that most people believe about sales that make it almost impossible to really learn.
The first wrong belief is that sales people are born, not made.
Of course, this is a convenient belief because it takes the responsibility off the people training the skill and puts it on the students.
The truth is sales teachers haven’t been able to successfully tease apart the handful of skills required to be successful and to deconstruct each of them into learn-able steps.
The second wrong belief is that people buy because of emotion, not logic.
The truth is that they buy because of emotion AND logic. And there is a logic, which most people don’t understand, that explains why people feel the emotions they feel.
It’s all logic underneath. It just takes the right framework to see that.
The third wrong belief is that sales is about saying the right things.
The truth is that the most important step, and the first step, in a sale is learning about the other person, finding out what their problems are, and then matching their problems to your solutions.
So what will you learn in this course?
You’ll get a framework for understanding the 5 core skills of sales, and you’ll get a framework for managing all the content of your sales communication.
And a not about communication.

Do you have a system for organizing your notes?
Can you reliably find notes you took on a book or at a conference from 5 years ago?
What about a creative idea you had 5 years ago?
For most people the answer is no.
For most people, they would have a very hard time finding something from 5 months ago, or even 5 weeks ago.
Accelerated learning is about becoming more efficient in your learning.
But another way to look at is just a methodology so that you stop wasting huge amounts of time.
And one way we waste time is that we come up with the same ideas over and over again because we never write them down.
Or we write them down, but then we never do anything with them.
You may have heard about the idea of an ideas bank before.
Or something similar. A place to keep all your random notes in one place.
But it turns out that if you consistently do this for months and years, you end up with the equivalent of a spreadsheet with 10,000 + rows.
You may have started out thinking you would look over your list of ideas every month for 10 or 15 minutes. But after a year or two, it’s more like 3-5 hours to read a list that long.
It’s not a SUSTAINABLE system.
It turns out that the only smart way to use an ideas bank is to get stuff out of the ideas bank as quickly as possible.
It’s called project based thinking.
Any idea that you have, at least 95% of them, are actually ideas that belong in a larger project of some kind.
You may not have a project set up yet, (and if you aren’t sure how to do that, check out my vol 8 course in the learning the hard way series and my course on one pagerr project management) but that doesn’t change the fact that most of the ideas you have are really just leaves on a tree. And that tree is a project.

What is holding you back from learning faster?
Is it you?

You’ve probably heard it before: “a bad craftsman blames his tools.”
I wouldn’t disagree.
But when is the last time you saw someone building a house with a hammer, a hand saw and some 2x4s?
Now it’s all about technology:
When you build a house, you need the right tools and materials to build a house.

For most people, planning at the yearly level seems impossible.
Because it seems like such a long time.
However, as you have learned in the previous courses in this series, a year actually isn’t that much time.
In the first and second courses in this series, you learned that for the average person, you might only have 10 or 20 hours of truly unscheduled, free, discretionary time per week.
The rest is filled with household tasks, going to work and spending time exercising, eating and socializing with other people.
10 hours a week means roughly 500 hours a year.
That’s not that much.
That’s enough to do a dozen or so minor projects and a few major ones (100h+)
That’s the magic of this system.
Once you realize how limited your free time is, and know the constraints on you time at the various levels, it’s much more manageable to decide what you want to spend your time on.

Is it a sheet of paper? Notes in your phone? A bunch of sticky notes on your computer monitor? A few things jumbling around in the back of your mind?
Let’s back up a second.
What is different about this course versus every other planning course out there?
The difference is that this planning system is based on continually learning how to be a better planner…and…it’s designed to meet two conflicting goals.
How do you plan everything and get stuff done while staying in the flow?
If you are in the flow all the time and never schedule anything, how will you ever meet deadlines or finish projects?
The answers are contained in the planning system you will learn in this course.
The goal of this system is that you are spending most of your day in the flow, and at the same time getting done what needs to get done.
It’s a flexible system that allows you to change things up during the week (so you can stay in the flow longer when you unexpectedly hit a stride and want to go over time) without ruining your whole plan for the day or week.
Here’s what often happens.
You put together a plan for the day or week and then you give up after day 2.
Because of 2 thing.
1a. They overestimate their time because they never measure how much time all of their mini-routines take out of their day.
1b. They underestimate how long things will take because they are ambitious and want to do more and “challenge themselves”…but really because they have never practiced the SKILL of estimating how long something will take, GETTING FEEDBACK by recording how long it actually takes, and then LEARNING from that continual process.
(This is a big part of what makes this system of planning different. You aren’t just throwing together a plan. You are getting BETTER at planning each week because you are getting feedback in the form of DATA every day on how long things take and how accurately you are estimating the time cost of each activity you plan) Part of what you will do in this course is develop a time budget.
This means you will figure out how much “free” time you really have each week.
The truth is, there is no such thing as free time.
Time has value, even if you aren’t getting paid for it.
So instead I use the term discretionary time.
You get to choose what to do with it. But you should choose wisely because you will learn you probably have a lot less than you think.
Out of the 168 hours you get each week, you are only awake for about 112 of them. Once you factor in meals, you are at 100 hours a week, roughly.
Factor in an 8 hour day with some commuting and getting ready/unwinding each day and you are down to 50 hours of non-work time, if you are lucky (and not counting work email you do at home or other catching up over the weekend or at night).
Once you factor in other things, many of you will learn that you only have roughly 10 hours of discretionary time each week to truly do whatever you want with.
You will learn, through DATA, not through platitudes or feel good advice, how to get out of some of your time wasting habits, –whether it’s TV, social media, certain websites, your phone, a certain friend or group of people or something else – out of your life.
It’s about motivation. And only when you truly realize how limited your time is does it become easy and obvious to drop some of the time vampires that have been draining your time – often without you even realizing it.
At the end of this course, and with a few weeks of practice, you will get to the point where you can accurately plan and stay on course through the entire week, week after week, and consistently get stuff done.
You won’t have to worry about quitting mid way through because slack is built into the system in the form of buffer time. As you get more accurate with your planning, you can take away the training wheels and be more aggressive with how you fill your time blocks. All the while, you will enjoy spending most of your day, every day, in the flow and enjoying your work.
You won’t have to constantly wonder what you should be doing, if you are forgetting something, or if things are falling through the cracks.
If you implement this system, it can truly change your life and help you get to the next level…while enjoying the process.

The reason why this course is important is because self learning takes one key person out of the equation…your teacher. You pick your school, and you let them figure out who the best teachers are.
But when you are learning on your own, you don’t have that certainty of knowing that you have a good teacher leading you on the right path towards learning your chosen subject matter.
Instead, you have hundreds of Youtube videos, thousands of books and millions of articles all competing to teach your the same subject matter.
So the question becomes, how do you choose where to learn from among all these options?
How do you know you are on the right path?
Are you even looking in the right places?
Are you spending too much money? Or not enough?
Here’s a thought exercise for you:
Pick any subject you want to learn…just pick one, and imagine that you are now a student learning that subject at an ivy league school with the top expert in the world teaching you.
Except it’s 30 years ago, mid 1980s.
Do you still want to learn from that person today?
Is information that is 30 years old still relevant and useful to you?
Maybe, but for many of you the answer is no.
Look at almost any domain of knowledge, especially the ones related to skills of the future, and you will find that information gets old very quickly.
(And on the flip side, often times the classics from hundreds or thousands of years ago are better than any more modern treatment.)
So why go through this whole exercise?
Because research isn’t just about getting “good” information, it’s about getting the information that is useful right now.
And much of what is easily available online is outdated.
But it’s hard to know this when you don’t know anything about how a certain field of knowledge is progressing. What was true and right and the best way 5 years ago is usually not what the thought leaders are doing today.
And if you are an entrepreneur, or looking to find a new career or do something on the side, you know that part of the secret to success is knowing about trends before they happen.
Before I finish here, I want to ask you one more question:
How much time should you spend planning a project before you actually get started doing it?
The answer most people give is 10 or 20%.
But most of them rarely spend this much time, especially on big decisions.
Let’s say you’re going to learn that new subject you were thinking about earlier.
Rough estimate, maybe that is a 100 hour or 500 hour or 1000 hour skill.
Meaning maybe you don’t spend that time to get to a beginner level, but that is the total time you will spend for the rest of your life using and developing and learning that skill.
Life long learning at it’s core (Shout out to Scott).
What that means is, even if you are a risk taker, you probably don’t want to go below 10% for planning.
And research is your “planning” stage for learning.
If it’s a big time skill, maybe it’s even more than 1000 hours. That means you should be spending ALOT more time researching than you probably are right now.
It’s so important to get this part right.
Because if you learning the wrong framework, the wrong model, the wrong language, from the wrong teacher, you are going to have to re-learn that stuff later on, and at the same time fight off the old way of thinking.
That’s why it takes pro golfers or NFL quarterbacks so long to fix their swing/throwing motion, because they have to undo thousands of hours of practice to build into muscle memory the new pattern.
But I get it, when you do the math it still does add up to a lot of hours, and you may be thinking, well…I already get enough out of Google. After a few pages the results aren’t that good anymore anyways.
Well, you are in for a surprise. Because this course is going to show you all the ways that most people never think about for how to spend that research time so that by the time you start, you are already in the fast lane and totally confident that you have the right info to learn going forward.

Hours of Content: 4 Okay. Another speed reading course. But why “The Hard Way?”
Let me let you in on a little secret.
None of the ideas in this course, or any other accelerated learning course, are really new. At least not most of them.
(And the other secret: WPM (words per minute) is a scam. Scroll down more to learn what I mean)
It turns out that most of these ideas existed thousands of years ago, and were then lost by those cultures and rediscovered in the last couple decades.
Why is this important?
Because the courses on speed reading out there today are directed towards a mostly uninformed public that isn’t aware of this history.
And here’s the truth: You will not learn that much faster if you do it the “easy” way. And you also won’t enjoy it as much. Part of the satisfaction that comes from learning something new is wrestling with the new ideas and making sense of something that used to be confusing.
So what is new, or different, about this course?
The essential difference is that it is based on a larger learning system that ensures that there are no major learning “leaks” at any stage of your learning process.
That means that as you go from reading, to taking notes or synthesizing the ideas in other ways, to then memorizing, you are not forgetting things, skipping important steps, or wasting any time on re-doing something you already did before.
So what does that actually look like?
With speed reading, the key problem is with how most people conceptualize and measure it.
It’s like this…In your car, you have two big dials (usually) on your dashboard. RPM, which is how fast the ENGINE is going, and second, MPH (miles per hour) which is how fast YOU are actually going.
You don’t go faster by increasing your RPM (which you can hear because the engine wirr starts going faster and faster, higher and higher pitch)…No, you go faster by increasing your gear as you gain speed.
When you are going 70 on the highway, you aren’t red-lining your engine (I hope) at 6 or 7,000 RMP…instead, you are at 2 or 3,000 and in your top gear.
How does this all link back to speed reading?
WPM is easy to measure, that’s why most people use it. But it only measures what is being poured into your head, not what is sticking or making sense.
Traditionally, to solve this problem, you would combine speed with comprehension.
The problem is that comprehension is a mythical beast.
It doesn’t actually exist.
First, it’s usually measured based on fiction as opposed to non-fiction, which is most of what people speed-read.
Second, it’s highly dependant on your pre-existing knowledge of the subject.
Third, it’s next to impossible to self test when you are reading something in the real work.
Fourth, It doesn’t measure retention of that knowledge, or integration into a larger body of knowledge.
What you will learn in this course is that your whole way of conceptualizing learning, in terms of WPM and number of books read needs to be thrown out the window.
The real aim of your learning needs to be the careful and deliberate construction of new knowledge structures.
The best way to think about it is like a house.
First you put up the framework/framing, then you put in the rest, furnish it, etc.
If you have a shoddy foundation or framework, nothing else about the house matters because it is not going to last and might collapse on you.
The same is true with knowledge structures. If you are reading so fast you can’t put ideas together into a coherent and actionable framework, then it doesn’t really matter how fast you are going.
Because it’s not about your speed of reading.
It’s about your speed of thinking.
Or more accurately, your speed of construction.
The words on the page are just the raw materials. A good writer gives you good materials and a good blueprint.
But you still need to build those ideas into real concepts in your head.
This course is about speeding up THAT process.
Plus, I haven’t even touched on the whole section about going behind the scenes of how books are actually written, sold to publishers, negotiated, edited, published, marketed to you, etc.
I give you a behind the scenes look at how the whole industry works, and then we zoom out and look at how the selling of not just books but all information works and how you can use that understanding to pick only the best and highest quality books to invest your time into.
I’ll leave you with a story from the New York Times I read a few days ago. It’s about successful entrepreneurs using high speed track racing (with cars) as a way to network.
Some people think that racing cars is boring. It’s just peddle to the metal. But it’s actually a lot more complicated than that.
It’s about finding the perfect groove that exists on the track. Sometimes you are better off on the outside of the track. Other times, on the inside.
And your braking and acceleration and steering all have to be perfect to stay in that groove as your circle the track.
That’s what speed reading is.
It’s not just about how fast you can go.
It’s about how well can you handle the twists and turns (conceptually) as the author throws different ideas at you in different configurations and combinations.
Most courses teach speed reading as if it was an even NASCAR like track.
But it’s not.
It’s more like racing on city streets or a dirt track winding through a forest.
This is the next level of speed reading.

You’ll learn how to manage the backup of all your information in all your digital inboxes. Automatically.
The title of this course says Volume 1. Why?
Because there is a course directly related to this course that comes next, in Volume 2.
Volume two shows you how to batch process each of these inboxes. It shows you how on a daily (email), weekly (web pages) or monthly (files, photos, videos) basis you can batch process the contents of each of your digital and physical inboxes.
Batch processing vastly improves your productivity because you reduce the amount of task switching you do.
Volume two shows you how to do batch processing and gives you a full “Life System” that will teach you where to store all your information for long term storage, once you move it out of the inbox.
The Life System categories are 1. Professional, 2. Personal, 3. Relationships, and 4. Health. The full system contains hundreds of sub folders and is 3-4 folders deep in most cases. You will get the full folder structure as a zip file in Volume 2 as well as a walkthrough of how to use the system.

There are certain people who just seem to have superhuman abilities, and it often seems like they have had those abilities their whole life because they perform their skill so naturally.
In this course, you’ll learn how to deconstruct those types of skills.
My previous courses have focused on how to build skills that are cut and dry.
You go out, do your research, find the best materials, and then go through the stages of consumption, synthesis and memorization so that you can take action and start using the skill.
But there’s a problem.
What about those skills where there is nobody teaching the skill?
Or everything out there is woefully inadaquate for actually learning that skill?
Or maybe the “experts” on a skill can DO the skill, but they don’t know how they learned it or how to teach it to you.
In these situations, you need to use modeling to deconstruct the skill and figure out how the person is doing what they are doing.
The first layer of your model is understanding who surrounds the person you are modeling. You can learn a lot about a person through who they spend time around, as well as their environment. We’ll talk about how to model a person’s timeline as well, so you don’t miss out on influential experiences earlier in you model’s life.
The middle layer is behavior and skills. We’ll talk about how to deconstruct skills and figure out what bodies of knowledge your model is drawing from so that you can replicate these knowledge centers in your own brain. We’ll also cover how to find the right words to use to find information on the skill you are modeling. You need to be aware of the 3 different kinds of vocabularies that are available for describing any skill.
The deepest layer is saved for last. This is where we go into the values and beliefs and identity of the model. You’ll learn what values are and why they matter in your model. You’ll also learn why identity matters and why it’s important to make sure you get beyond the public face of your model to truly understand who they are. You’ll learn how identity functions as a social and group concept so that you can understand how you model’s identity is shaped by the groups they spend time with.

You will learn the PAMeLa model for planning as well as a system for managing your time and your calendar on an hourly and daily basis.
The courses that follow this one focus on the larger scale units of time: Weekly/Monthly, Quarterly/Yearly, Multi-Year, Lifespan/Legacy planning.
This course is design to solve the paradox between spending most of your time in the a flow state and being able to schedule your time down to the hour and half hour– and be accurate with your time estimates.
For a long time I was a go with the flow type planner. Meaning I tried my best to have zero items on my schedule each day. I loved having the total freedom to work on whatever I wanted to work on and do whatever I wanted to do.
This works for many years. Then I started asking some tough questions.
I wanted to know how I was spending my time.
And how much of it I was wasting.
I figured I wasn’t wasting much, but I knew there had to be some. I just had no idea whether it was 2 hours a week or 20.
I was spending so much time in the “flow” I had no idea where my time was actually going, and if it matched up with my long term priorities and plans.
So I decided to do a complete 180 and start planning out EVERYTHING.
Literally every 30 minute block of my day. Just as an experiment to see what would happen.
Plus, I learned that there were certain projects and areas of my life that I was chronically neglecting, and I wanted to use an hourly planner to make sure I gave those areas the time they need to really make some progress where I had been falling behind.
I did this for a week, not expecting much.
It turned out there was a wealth of information in the data I collected. I kept track both of what I had planned to do and what I actually did for an entire week on a single piece of 8.5x11 paper.
You’ll see how to set this up in the course.
I did some simple metrics and learned some interesting facts, like on average I was only getting 4 hours of deep, productive work done each day.
I learned there were certain people in my life that were taking up a lot more of my time than I thought, and often with things that I wasn’t really enjoying or where I wasn’t the best person for them to be doing that activity with.
I also identified a handful of bad habits or consistent time wasters that were adding up to 10-20 hours each week.
I learned that I was a lot worse at estimating how long things would take that I originally thought. I had a couple projects that started as 1 hour time blocks and ended up taking up entire afternoons, 5-6 hours each.
After doing this for a few more weeks I started seeing big improvements.
I started cutting out the time wasters one by one and re-deploying that time where it was more needed.
I started getting a lot more done and streamlining my life.
And it was all because of this small experiment.
What you get in this course is the process for how to do your hourly and daily planning, at a highly granular level. All the details and how-tos are spelled out.
You also get a comprehensive introduction to the PAMeLa Model, which is the framework for understanding how the planning process (which is really a cycle, because it repeats over time) works.
The innovation with this model is that it takes into consideration the most recent advances in Artificial Intelligence and the planning that robots and Artificially Intelligent Agents use to plan optimally.
It also places a higher value that any other time management or planning system on the market does on learning.
Meaning, your planning process is really a learning process.
Every time you make a plan you are making a prediction about how things will turn out, and what the right way to do something is. You could be right, you could be wrong.
Then you act. Trial and error. And you see what happens. You get results, either good or neutral or bad.
That’s where most people stop. They just go back and forth with very little improvement.
Those two steps are the P and A of the PAMeLa model. For Plan and Act.
The next two steps are critical.
First is Measure. You have to measure your results. You have to write things down. Or type them in somewhere. You have to have metrics, or record things in your journal, or say them into your phone, or record a video journal. You can’t trust your memory to keep these “measurements” retained long term.
And even if you do record what happened, that’s not enough. Most people who take their learning or planning half way serious have some sort of journal or diary or log that they make entries in daily or at least a few days a week. But most of these people never go back and actually use these records. They just sit there. Unused. No learning ever happens. Or very very minimal.
That’s why the last stage is learning.
You have to go through your measurements and records and look for patterns. You have to learn from your mistakes. You have to find solutions and dig into the problems to figure out what is really going on.
You have to figure out what you will do differently next time, or better yet, how to create a system so that the problem never even shows up again in the future.
You aren’t really an accelerated learner if you don’t have a PAMeLa type planning system in place. Because if you don’t you are missing out on a gold mine of information about how inefficiently you are learning and behaving on a day in, day out basis.
I guarantee you, if you just do the calendar system for a single week you will identify enough inefficiencies that you will save over $1,000 over the next year in saved time, which you can then better spend elsewhere.
Lastly, you may be wondering why I am teaching this course first, instead of starting with long term planning and then moving down to short term. It’s a fair question, and one I thought a lot about. The answer is that for the first few weeks of using this system, you really shouldn’t be DOING anything different. It’s mostly about learning where you are now, getting a really accurate baseline for how you are currently planning out and living your life.
Once you have that information, then you can start making intelligent decisions. But not before then.
Re-arranging your life is HARD to do. Not easy. And you will get the biggest bang for your buck by changing your daily habits, because you will see changes happen fast and it will give you the motivation to tackle the more long term planning projects, which take more time to think deeply about.
You have to have a stable foundation on the day to day level before you can feel comfortable thinking long term. You won’t make smart long term decisions if you have an empty stomach and are sleep deprived with no roof over your head. You have to have the basics down first. That means not in an overwhelmed, stressed out state because you can’t handle your current schedule.
This course will get you on firm ground so that you can tackle the longer term solutions when you are ready.
